Rezcomm have held a strong working relationship with Birmingham Airport since 2007 when we were appointed as the airports ‘official travel partner’. Since then, we’ve extended our services to include the launch of the airports own ‘shop window’ enabling the airport to
sell an unlimited range of products including car parking via its website and channel partners.
As part of a strategic digital initiative to increase non-aeronautical revenues whilst simultaneously improving their customer’s journey, Birmingham Airport chose the Rezcomm platform with built in CRM, Reservations and Channel Management functionality to drive its ancillary income and the results have been impressive. Essentially Rezcomm integrated with the various software and system providers at the airport to improve the customer journey and the airports income stream.
