Southampton Airport wanted to offer its passengers a truly joined up digital experience. Using the very latest technology available, it aspired to present an e-commerce environment that would be intuitive, easy-to-use and would offer simple transaction facility. This would provide scope to add unlimited products and services outside of the traditional aeronautical revenues.
