Parking Services Director
A strategically focused IT/Technology executive with a proven track record of success in technology-led business transformation, complex integration/separation programs and value creation strategies within both Business to Business and Business to Consumer industries - including core IT infrastructure, payment platforms, workflow management and business integration/separation. Commercially and technically astute with an entrepreneurial attitude to driving businesses forward. Responsible for managing the business analysis, project management, and software development for Rezcomm. Leading on major high risk and complex projects or programs, and accountable for the planning, structuring and execution of such projects.
Previously Neil was CTO of National Car Parks where (NCP) where he was a Key member of the Executive Team delivering YOY process and system enhancements while reducing total operational expenditure to just 1.5% of turnover to maintain all IT and payment technology infrastructure of a £400m turnover business. Neil performed a number of commercial negotiations to improve EBITDA by £3m through vendor changes and SLA re-alignment and Implemented a facilities management help-desk to co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance of c8000 technology assets. As Interim Managing Director of the East sector of the business controlling 100 sites with a workforce of 200 front line and managerial staff, Neil improved turnover by 8% by creating a culture of operational excellence. During his service with NCP Neil created a transformational operational strategy to mobilize the front line workforce to deliver operational efficiencies of £3.5m and designed and deployed the largest central control room for parking in the world with more than 400 sites and £200m of revenue, controlled from a single facility.
