Who Rezcomm share your data with

Rezcomm will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.

Rezcomm use data processors who are third parties to provide elements of services. Rezcomm have contracts in place with our data processors. This prevents them from processing your personal data, unless Rezcomm have instructed them to do it.

When you contact Rezcomm via our website, we process your data via the following sub processors.

1. HubSpot. Rezcomm uses HubSpot to collect and process your data when you make an enquiry about our services.
2. PandaDoc. Rezcomm uses PandaDoc to supply documentation that may require your consent to collect information. This allows us to set you up as a Rezcomm customer.
3. Jira. Rezcomm use Jira. If you become a Rezcomm customer, Jira is used to manage your customer account.

Rezcomm is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal data to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us.

In some circumstances Rezcomm may be legally obliged to share information. For example, under a court order. In any scenario, Rezcomm will satisfy ourselves that we have a lawful basis on which to share the information and document our decision making.

What rights you have over your data

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives data subjects several rights regarding their personal data.

The data subject will not always be able to exercise all the rights set out in the GDPR as they vary depending on why Rezcomm collected the personal data. There are also some circumstances where the rights cannot be exercised because exemptions will apply. Rezcomm will explain this in any response.

Right to be Informed (Article 13 and 14)

Data subjects have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. A privacy notice is provided at the time the personal data is collected and will explain how and why Rezcomm intend to process the data.

Right of Access (Article 15)

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data.

Right to Rectification (Article 16)

Data subjects have the right to rectification. This means Rezcomm will amend inaccurate personal information and update incomplete personal information as highlighted by the data subject. The data subject can request Rezcomm restrict processing of the data until it amended.

Right to Erasure (Article 17)

Data subjects may request that Rezcomm delete your personal information if they believe that:

• Rezcomm no longer need to process your information for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Rezcomm have requested the data subject’s permission to process their personal information and they wish to withdraw consent; or
• Rezcomm are not using your information in a lawful manner.

Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)

The data subject may request to restrict processing of their personal data if they believe that:

• The information held about them is inaccurate.
• Rezcomm no longer need to process the information for the purposes for which it was provided.
• The data subject requires the data for legal purposes.
• Rezcomm are not using the data in a lawful manner.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

Where Rezcomm have requested the permission of the data subject to process their personal data, they have a right to receive their personal information in a portable format.

The data subject may also request Rezcomm to provide the data directly to a third party. It is the data subject’s obligation to determine how the third party process their data. (this right only applies to data that is being processed electronically.)

Right to Object (Article 21)

The data subject may object to processing of their data. The data subject must inform Rezcomm explaining/justifying their objection. Rezcomm can still process personal data where there are exemptions, legal grounds, and contractual obligations.
