Exciting news- Inverness Airport is the latest organisation to sign up for Rezcomm’s plug-and-play airport marketplace!

The fourth busiest airport in Scotland operates commercial passenger flights to European and UK domestic destinations. Customers will now be able to pre-book their parking directly from the Inverness Airport website before travelling, as well as purchase a whole host of other travel products, including hotels, flights and holidays.

Instead of the customer experience starting and ending on a third party website, customers can conveniently access everything they need from Inverness Airport’s website. What’s more, Inverness Airport gains the opportunity to get to know the strangers passing through its terminals and claim them as valuable customers.

Graeme Bell, General Manager at Inverness Airport, said: “We are very excited about this new partnership with Rezcomm and what it will bring to the airport, not only in terms of customer experience but how we manage our digital engagement with our ever-growing passenger base. Pre-book parking has seen huge success in other airports and is rapidly becoming the norm in terms of what customers expect when they travel. Rezcomm’s services mean that Inverness can really keep at the top of its game when it comes to e-commerce and online digital sales.”

That’s right – with our single, smart, scalable solution, Inverness Airport not only benefits from a smooth pre-book parking solution but also a fully managed online travel agency service and a whole host of customer and marketing modules to manage data and communications. What’s more, we plug our modules straight into Inverness Airport’s website for a fast and efficient launch and the entire customer booking journey is fully branded for consistency.

Marc Ive, Rezcomm’s Travel Services Director, said: “We are pleased to welcome Inverness Airport into our growing Rezcomm family and are looking forward to working with them for many years to come. We are confident that we can add a real boost to their non-aero revenue, digital engagement and ultimately provide their customers with an even greater experience whenever they fly.”

Billed as ‘the gateway to the Highlands of Scotland’, Inverness Airport is part of the Highlands and Islands Airports Limited group. It served 946k passengers in 2019  and recently completed an expansion of the terminal building.
